AERSTER provides industrial equipment, solutions, and related services. We reserve the right to modify our services at any time. Product specifications and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by AERSTER. We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking), bank transfer, and cash on delivery for qualifying orders. GST invoices are provided for all orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Shipping charges apply for orders below ₹50,000. Free shipping for orders above ₹50,000. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Warranty

Products carry manufacturer warranty as specified. Warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

AERSTER liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
